If You decide to use our services, please follow few easy steps:
Please complete the Enquiry/Order Form or contact us on the phone +353876831115 or by email: email@example.com to provide us with the following information:
a) Desired services You are interested in;
b) The theme of Your event;
c) Basic materials (like envelopes, paper) for Your order will be provided:
♥ by You (customer)
♥ by us (Pretty Letters)
d) The date the order has to be completed and returned to You.
We will contact You as soon as possible (usually on the same day) to discuss additional questions.
When all queries are settled, we will send You the complete list of Your requested services and the initial estimate of costs.
If You are happy to proceed the order, we’ll ask You to pay 50% deposit (non-refundable).
Once we receive deposit Your order will be official.
Please feel free to share Your ideas and preferences!
You will have a chance to pick Your wording and lettering style, fonts, ink colors, flourishing and other details.
We’ll create and send You a sample,which You’ll be asked to approve. If there are any comments, changes or suggestions, we’ll send You another sample with Your suggested corrections.
Once You are happy with the results, You will be asked to approve the final sample and we will be ready to proceed Your order.
When Your order is completed and is ready to be sent to You, we will contact and email You the receipt with the remaining balance, that will include shipping and packaging costs (if shipping details haven’t been discussed otherwise).
Ones Your balance is cleared Your order will be delivered to You.

If you’re sending us Your envelopes or other materials, please include 10% extra for additions or errors we might have, as Calligraphy is an art form and mistakes or accidents are natural (the nib can catch on the fibers of the paper and flick ink everywhere or just break).
Be sure to include Your prepared guest list in a typed format (Word or Excel) with all Names and Addresses.

Please ship Your envelopes/materials to us as soon as possible. To make sure, that your order will be completed and received prior to the date you specified.
